Always detangle gently, cleanse with sulfate-free products, and keep hair hydrated using lightweight serums or leave-ins. After washing, dry thoroughly — air-dry on a stand or use a hood dryer if installed. Damp storage is a hard no. Frizz and mildew aren’t cute.

When styling, less heat, more intention. Always use heat protectant and let the hair’s natural texture do the heavy lifting where possible. Store your extensions in a silk bag or a clean, dry box to keep them fresh, smooth, and tangle-free.

We ship orders through Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and UPS. All UK orders require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. Once an order has been placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be changed or modified.

Delivery addresses can only be updated by cancelling and placing a new order.

Please note: we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied on delivery. Customers are responsible for entering accurate personal and delivery details. We cannot make corrections once an order has been shipped, and any re-delivery or exchange charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
